Fitness and Weight Management


Personal Training

Set your fitness goals and meet them with ClubRES Personal Training!

An experienced trainer will customized a comprehensive work-out plan and train you on proper exercise form and technique to prevent injuries.

The more you buy, the more you save; bring a friend and save even more!

One Session:
One-on-One: $40 for 1 hour
Tag-Team (2 people): $60 ($30/hour)

Five Sessions:
One-on-One: $175 ($35/hour)
Tag-Team: $250 ($25/hour)

Ten Sessions:
One-on-One: $300 ($30/hour)
Tag-Team: $400 ($20/hour)

Fitness Center


Club Res Fitness Center

Club Res Fitness Center State-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment, pool and whirlpool to help you reach your fitness goals. Personal training, floor and aquatic exercise classes also are available.

RMC: Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m.-8 p.m.; Friday, 6 a.m.-6 p.m.; Saturday, 7 a.m.-1 p.m.

American Red Cross Home Alone Kids' Safety Program

Prepare your children for staying home alone after school with this program for children ages 5-10. Children in kindergarten through 5th grades learn how to handle different safety issues which includes walking home (with a buddy, brother/sister or alone), how to be safe at home (with a babysitter, older brother/sister after school or while parents are at the store, etc), avoiding strangers, answering the door or phone, and emergencies at home.

Parents can take the Yoga class free if their child is registered for this class. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle for Yoga.

Fee: $10.

For Children and Adolescents


American Red Cross Babysitting

A registered nurse teaches young people, ages 11 and older, how to handle emergencies, prevent accidents and care for children while babysitting. Children must bring a signed parental consent, and should also bring a doll with movable arms and legs (not Barbie or similar dolls) to the class. Participants should also bring something to eat for dinner or money to purchase dinner. Advance registration and payment required. Fee: $50.

Butterfly Club

A support group for children ages 6-13 whose parent or other adult caregiver has been diagnosed with cancer. Participants learn about diagnoses and treatments for cancer, including radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Children are encouraged to share their concerns and fears in a supportive environment. Group is facilitated by a child psychologist, an oncology nurse and a radiation therapist. Meets once a week for six weeks, tehn monthly thereafter. A group for parents meets concurrently; participation in Butterfly Parents Group is encouraged but not mandatory. Registration required. Free.

Ongoing Programs


Massage Therapy

Therapeutic massages, by a certified massage therapist, for relaxation and stress reduction. Appointment required. Fee: $30 for 30 minutes.
